REM/Rate v15.7.1 Library Set

A set of commonly used, program approved, library entries for modeling elements such as walls, floors, windows, ceilings, heating, cooling, and water heating. This library set only applies to REM/Rate^TM v15.7.1

NOTE: 2021 library set has been updated with following changes:

• • Floor, wall and ceiling custom components requested by Raters are added as library set components.
• • Adjustment to library set to create consistency across components. This includes reviewing and adjusting historical values that are no longer accurate.
